Vincent T. Bisogno has been a principal of the firm since its formation in 1980, and was a principal of its predecessor firm, Herzog & Bisogno. He is admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court, the New Jersey Supreme and Superior Courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Bisogno’s practice is largely focused in Land Use and Real Estate matters. He appears frequently before numerous planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment and land use boards, including but not limited to those of Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Long Hill Township and Bedminster Township. He also handles numerous residential and commercial real estate transactions each year. Mr. Bisogno’s practice also includes Wills, Trusts and Estates and general Transactional matters. He also serves as a Pro Bono attorney for Legal Services of Northwest Jersey.
Mr. Bisogno is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Somerset County Bar Association. He is former Chair of the District XIII Ethics Committee. In 2007, Mr. Bisogno was honored with the Professionalism Award for Somerset County by the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law.
Mr. Bisogno is a graduate of Seton Hall Preparatory School and Seton Hall University, and received his law degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark in 1965. He is a lifelong New Jersey resident, originally hailing from Newark. He and his wife have lived in Basking Ridge for over forty years.
Mr. Bisogno is an avid golfer and a Member of the Mendham Golf and Tennis Club. He is also a loyal Seton Hall Basketball fan.
